How does it work? Our Hosted PBX, sits in a cloud environment from which all handsets are automatically configured. All you pay is a monthly rental per extension that covers handsets, installation, maintenance, support and all future moves, additions or changes.

What’s more: over a five year standard PABX contract term, the total cost of ownership of our Hosted PBX is half that of a conventional PABX, with significantly increased functionality.

DATA
Our two new Business Data Services cater for the needs of any multi-branch, mid-range or corporate business:

• Point-to-point Virtual Private Network (VPN) – it’s perfect for handling sensitive data on a fast and secure data network
•  Internet access with e-mail

Confidential Virtual Private Network
We provide this service at a fixed cost over a dedicated link determined by your bandwidth requirements, giving you the freedom and flexibility of predictable data costs while usage is unlimited. The use of a number of connectivity options means the VPN system can be tailored to suit your business needs precisely.

The simple result is super security and just one bill and a single service provider to take care of all your business communication services.

Internet Services
With the wide variety of internet data packages out there, it’s difficult to know which will be best for your business. Plus, the downside of contracting with Internet Service Providers is that they only offer contended services. That means the more users accessing the Internet via a particular ISP, the slower the access speed.

But that’s where our Internet access is different!
We connect you directly to an Internet backbone, without going through a cloud. The benefit is your access speed will always be fast and constant because you’ll no longer be sharing your bandwidth with anyone else.

Another major advantage of our service is that we monitor and manage your connectivity link, ensuring your line stays on and works efficiently 100% of the time. What’s more, if your modem is faulty we will service it for you. And if you’re getting close to your bandwidth cap, we’ll tell you first and simply add the additional usage to your bill.

At all times, you’ll be able to monitor your usage via our web portal in exactly the same way that you monitor voice usage via our TMS. And, as always, you’ll benefit from a single bill from a single provider –that’s us – convering an integrated and managed service including voice, Internet and data.
